Return and exchange process
1. Commitment to unconditional returns and exchanges within 7 days!
Panda Bamboo Wine accepts returns and exchanges for non-quality problems (except special price custom-made models). If you need to return or exchange goods, please submit a return or exchange application within 7 days from the date of receipt by the buyer and bear the return shipping costs. Overdue applications will not be accepted.
Regarding the shipping costs for returns and exchanges, if the return or exchange is due to quality problems of the product itself, the cost will be borne by Zhentan Company. If the return or exchange is due to style, personal preference, etc., the cost incurred will be borne by the customer.
Note: Pictures and information are for reference only. Due to problems such as shooting lighting and color differences on different monitors, there may be a certain color difference between the product pictures and the actual product. This is not a quality problem, and everything shall be subject to the actual product.

1. The product remains as it was when Panda Bamboo Wine was sold (including the outer packaging of the product);
2. If you have any quality problems, please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods for return or exchange. Expired products will not be accepted and it is not a quality problem.
Can be returned or exchanged within 7 days without any reason!
3. Indicate the reason for return or exchange. If the product has quality problems, please be sure to indicate it;
4. If you handle a return, the refund can only be refunded to the pre-deposit!
5. If the product has additional gifts, please return the gifts together. The gifts must remain in the same condition as when you received the gifts. If the gifts cannot be returned, the online price will be deducted from the refund.
We apologize for any intentional damage.
3. Returns and exchanges will not be provided under the following circumstances:
1. Any goods not sold by Xia Ke Legend;
2. Any used goods, except those with three-guarantee products that have quality problems;
3. Any goods with quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage;
4. Return goods without outer packaging;
5. Products that are returned directly without providing photos, without contacting customer service, or products that are artificially damaged will not be accepted;
6. This website has the right not to accept goods that have exceeded the return and exchange period (return and exchange period: within 7 days based on the customer's receipt date on the express delivery order. Returns and exchanges for quality problems are within 24 hours. For customers who have received the goods after 7 days Our company will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
